Roberto Bellini formou-se em desenho pela Escola de Belas Artes na UFMG. Realizou várias exposições coletivas com trabalhos em diversas mídias no Brasil e no exterior. Seus vídeos já foram premiados no 15º Salão de Arte da Bahia, Festival do Filme Livre no Rio de Janeiro, na 2ª Bienal de Video Inter-americano nos EUA e no 10° Festival de Cinema de Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal. Já participou de mostras como o 61° Festival Internacional de Cinema em Locarno, na Suíça, Paraísos Indômitos no Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Vigo, na Espanha, o 14° e 15° VideoBrasil em São Paulo, Kunst Film Biennale na Alemanha, e Ways to See no Centro Fundación Telefónica, Peru. Recentemente finalizou seu mestrado em Transmedia na University of Texas at Austin, nos EUA. Com seu trabalho no Texas Bellini participou de importantes mostras como a Texas Biennial de 2007, Lone Star Video no Center for Contemporary Art em Tel Aviv, This Land is Your Land no Chicago Museum of Contemporary  Photography, e Texas/Nexus no Contemporary Arts Museum de Houston.

Roberto Bellini Graduated in Drawing from the School of Fine Arts, at the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil. He has participated in several collective exhibitions and international video festivals  with work in diverse media in Brazil and abroad.  His videos have received prizes in the 15º Salão de Arte da Bahia, Festival do Filme Livre in Rio de Janeiro, 2nd Inter-American Biennial of Video Art  in United States and the 10th Santa Maria da Feira Film Festival in Portugal. His videos have been screened in exhibits and festivals all over the world including the 61st International Locarno Film Festival, in Switzerland, Untamed Paradises at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Vigo, Spain, the 14th and 15th VIDEOBRASIL Festival in São Paulo, Kunst Film Biennale in Germany and Ways to See at the Centro Fundación Telefónica in Peru. Roberto recently finished his MFA in the Transmedia department of the University of Texas at Austin. With his work in Texas Roberto participated in important shows such as the 2007 Texas Biennial, Lone Star Video at the Center for Contemporary Art in Tel Aviv, This Land is Your Land at the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago and Texas/Nexus at the Contemporary Arts Museum in Houston.
